The Institute of Mathematics’ colloquium is aimed at a wide audience with diverse specialisms and research interests within mathematics. The 60-minute talk moves from accessible fundamental concepts to the latest research findings, thereby building a bridge between the various mathematical disciplines within our institute.
The opportunity to ask questions afterwards allows participants to engage actively with the content of the talk. The event concludes with an informal networking session over coffee and biscuits.
