Abstract: In the talk we will introduce a model for random simplicial complexes which are high-dimensional counterparts of random regular graphs.

We will present some results for such random complexes and discuss a variety of open problems related to their behavior.

The talk is self-contained and based on joint works with Alex Lubotzky, Zur Luria and Lior Tenenbaum.
