We show how to compute minimal elastic energy surfaces for rotationally symmetric deformations of annulus shaped reference configurations. The computations are done with the SageManifolds extension of SageMath. As a new feature, the pullback connection coming from a smooth embedding has been implemented. In the end we want to see how the geometry of the surface changes when using different material laws.
